Enterprise transformation
Turning complex modernization strategies into operating models, governed execution, and measurable value.
The person behind Live Already
Transformation executive. Systems thinker. Builder.
I help complex organizations turn ambitious strategies into operating reality, especially where technology, people, process, and governance have to move together.

I’m interested in the space between an idea and the way it actually changes a life, a team, or a business.
Engineer by training, I’ve spent my career operating and transforming businesses in complex environments. The common thread has been helping people make sense of complicated systems, find the value inside them, and move with enough discipline to make change real.
Today, I’m increasingly focused on AI-enabled enterprise transformation: how organizations can use new capabilities without losing judgment, accountability, or the human beings they are meant to serve.
Turning complex modernization strategies into operating models, governed execution, and measurable value.
Using emerging capabilities to improve outcomes while keeping judgment, accountability, and responsible governance intact.
Connecting technology, process, organization, and leadership so transformation can survive contact with reality.
The assignments have changed. The responsibility has remained consistent: create clarity, connect the moving parts, and help good people deliver meaningful results.
Transformation experience spanning financial services, mobility, banking, retail, and industrial environments.
Work that brings strategy, technology, operations, finance, risk, and people into one operating conversation.
A consistent focus on the space between a compelling idea and the mechanisms that make it real.
Outside the work, I’m interested in travel, food and wine, learning, technology, human flourishing, and spending time with the people I love. Live Already grew from a question I’ve increasingly found difficult to ignore: what if a good life isn’t something we earn after accomplishing everything else?
