A little about me
I’m interested in the space between an idea and the way it actually changes a life, a team, or a business.
Engineer by training, I’ve spent my career operating and transforming businesses in complex environments. The common thread has been helping people make sense of complicated systems, find the value inside them, and move with enough discipline to make change real.
Today, I’m increasingly focused on AI-enabled enterprise transformation: how organizations can use new capabilities without losing judgment, accountability, or the human beings they are meant to serve.

Beyond the work
A good life is not
something we earn later.
Outside the work, I’m interested in travel, food and wine, learning, technology, human flourishing, and spending time with the people I love. Live Already grew from a question I’ve increasingly found difficult to ignore: what if a good life isn’t something we earn after accomplishing everything else?
