Live Already collects only what is needed to manage your relationship with LiveAlready OS, respond to professional inquiries, operate the site, and honor your choices.
How we use it
To respond to you, manage early access, keep consent and relationship history, fulfill privacy requests, improve the site, prevent abuse, and protect Live Already.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, build advertising profiles, or activate text-message marketing.
Who supports the service
Limited service providers support site hosting and database operations, email delivery, security, and error monitoring. They receive information only to provide those services.
Communication choices
Email enrollment requires an affirmative choice. Every valid preference link remains usable, and opt-outs are processed immediately. Delivery failures and spam complaints can also suppress an address automatically. A suppression hash may be retained after deletion to prevent accidental re-contact.
Retention
Active relationship records are retained while useful for the purpose you requested. Inactive contact records are reviewed after 24 months. Public form rate-limit records are removed after 30 days and retry receipts after 7 days. Administrative audit records are generally retained for up to 24 months. Completed privacy-request records may be retained for up to 3 years to document compliance, with personal information minimized when possible.
Security
Access to the CRM is restricted. Administrative sessions can be revoked, sign-in attempts are rate limited, sensitive identifiers are protected with keyed hashing, public forms have abuse controls, and administrative and delivery events are logged. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or an appeal of a prior decision. We may ask for information needed to verify identity before disclosing, changing, or deleting a record. Authorized agents may be asked to provide proof of authority.
Global Privacy Control
Live Already does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so a Global Privacy Control signal does not require a different site response today. If those practices change, this notice and the site’s handling will be updated before activation.
Children and international visitors
The site is not directed to children under 16, and Live Already does not knowingly collect their information. Information may be processed in the United States. Visitors outside the United States should submit a request below with any location-specific question.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, a clear notice on the site or by email to people who have chosen to receive updates.
